A last minute request for tomorrow:
Please can you bring your own cup or bottle for drinking coke / water etc at base camp.
In the past we have had plastic or polystyrene cups but we are really trying to do away with that.

Please spread the word to those you may know who are running, it has been sent out via email but not everyone will check their emails this afternoon.
